Fifteen years on, the greatest achievement isn't how many weddings we've photographed or films we've created. It's knowing that somewhere, in hundreds of homes, there are photographs and films we helped bring to life, memories that families will revisit, share, and treasure for generations.
Of course, we've grown along the way. Our craft has evolved, our perspectives have matured, and through DrinkTea Films, our love for storytelling has extended into moving images. Yet the heart of what we do has remained unchanged.
We still believe that every couple has a story worth telling. Not one shaped by trends or expectations, but one that is beautifully and unmistakably their own.
That's what "Expressing You" has always meant to us.
Looking back, we're incredibly grateful to every couple who has trusted us, welcomed us into their celebrations, and allowed us to witness a little piece of their lives.
Some of you have been with us since the very beginning. Some have only just crossed our paths. And there are many more stories we've yet to discover.
To all the couples we've met since 2011, thank you for allowing us to grow alongside you.
Your wedding may have been just one day in your life, but being part of it has meant a lifetime to us.
And after all these years, we're still here, doing what we love, with the same excitement and gratitude as when it all began.
Here's to the memories we've made, the lives we've crossed, and the many beautiful stories still waiting to be told.

Expressing You. Since 2011.
With Love from Ronald . Welly . Gan . Amos
Since 2011, and still counting
Somewhere along the way, what began as a passion for photography became something far more meaningful than we could ever have imagined.
DrinkTea Artworks was founded in 2011 by husband-and-wife duo Ronald Lim and Welly Tay, brought together by a shared love for photography and a simple wish to preserve life's most beautiful moments. Even our name carries a little piece of who we are, a playful combination of our surnames, Lim and Tay, which sounds like "Drink Tea" in Hokkien. We connected with Gan through a mutual friend and began offering videography services, with the intention of building a team that could save couples the hassle of engaging two separate vendors for their wedding photography and videography.
Back then, we simply wanted to create beautiful memories for couples on one of the most important days of their lives, but little did we know how much those couples would become a part of ours.

Over the years, we've had the privilege of standing alongside hundreds of couples as they exchanged their vows, shed happy tears, laughed uncontrollably, and began a new chapter together.
We've witnessed nervous smiles before the ceremony, fathers quietly holding back tears, mothers fussing over the smallest details, and those fleeting, unscripted moments that often become the most treasured memories.
But perhaps the most beautiful part of this journey is everything that happens after the wedding day.
It's bumping into a familiar couple on the street, years after we last saw them. It's hearing that they've welcomed their first child, or seeing photographs of their growing family. It's realising that the newlyweds we once photographed are now parents, building homes and creating memories of their own.
Sometimes, it's simply a familiar smile and a quick hello.
They may seem like little moments, but to us, they mean the world.
Because in those moments, we're reminded that we were once part of something incredibly special in their lives. And in a small but meaningful way, they have become part of our story too.

Sorry I definitely missed many of you here, forgive me as it's really challenging to dig every single one of our group photo out 🙏
